A concise investigative report based on current public data indicates the number +1 214 749 8641 is a United States listed telephone number that may be associated with generic landline/mobile services rather than a clearly identifiable individual or well known organization. Public source signals around this exact number are limited, with broader context in related numbers suggesting mixed reports and common spam/robocall patterns in the same area code block. 1. Belongs to / kind of number Appears to be a US based number (Texas area code 214) likely tied to a carrier rather than a clearly identifiable business. The available listings commonly classify it as a dialing contact rather than a verified corporate line. No definitive ownership verified publicly. 2. What people say online Registries show scattered, non specific references across caller ID lookups and spam report aggregators, with no strong consensus or detailed owner profiles attached to this exact string. Some entries mention generic warnings about unknown calls from the area code, but nothing definitive about this number specifically. 3. Association with spam, scams, or unwanted calls The broader 214 area has notable spam activity, and similar numbers are frequently flagged in robocall databases, but there is no explicit, widely corroborated report tying this exact number to scams or telemarketing in credible sources. Caution is warranted due to context, but not conclusively proven as malicious for this number alone. 4. Public exposure / leakage No strong indication that this exact number is publicly exposed in major leaked datasets, paste sites, or prominent directories. It shows up in general lookups, but without evidence of deliberate leakage or broad distribution beyond routine numbering. 5. Advisability of answering / calling back Given potential for misidentification and the prevalence of robocall patterns in the US, it is prudent to avoid returning calls unless the caller can be independently verified through trusted channels. Note: If precise, up to date verification is required, a live, source cited scan of dedicated reverse lookup services and spam databases would be necessary.

10I received a call from this number pretending to be the Dallas Police Department saying that I missed a jury date and that I had to warrant out. They wanted me to stay on the phone with them and go take out the money. Obviously a scam but they had me go for a little bit. Sick Ba$tsrds.
Called and said that that I was in contempt of court. Judge was summoning me and I could pay the civil fee or the criminal fee. And that I had to go down to the Sheriff's department to turn myself in-- and that I needed to tell them a time that I would be there. They e-mailed me a phony subpoena from an address that was not from a government domain. Then the DID was a dead giveaway because it was mispelled-- DID is the caller ID Info. The other issue was that they were on a really bad VoIP line that kept cutting out. They had old information-- and they tried to play it well-- but when you look up their information and fact check them they get belligerent and tell you they'll see you in court.
I provided him with my banking information, but now I’m having to close my account and open a new one because it turned out to be a scam. The same person, Patrick, called from 833-527-1812, initially threatening court and arrest before offering payment arrangements. When I discovered the address he provided was for a UPS store, I called back to confront him. He became rude, wished me “good luck in court,” and marked my case as non-compliant before hanging up.
call from this number claiming to be FBI Agent (Leon Hightower) working with Dallas County Sheriff's office about a federal bench warrant even texted a copy of the supposed warrant from different number which I will also report. Wanted me to go to BTC Kiosk at local grocery store to pay in $9000.00 then turn myself in at the Dallas County Sherriff's office. Even went so far as to have an accomplice (a Sgt Jason Green) of the Mesquite police call my wife to"prove" they were legit. As soon as he gave his name as Jason Green I knew it was a scam. There is no Sgt Jason Green working for Mesquite, PD as I know several of the officers and desk Sergeants with the dept. An internet search showed an arrest made by the Mesquite, PD of a Jason Green back in September of 2019 on a Murder warrant out of Wyoming. nice try guys but need to get up pretty early in the morning to put one by this guy.
They had my name and called me reportedly from the Sheriffs office saying I had missed responding to a jury summons which was supposedly sent by US mail to me. Therefore they said a warrant had been issued for my arrest and to prevent my arrest, I had to pay. The amount was $2000. Their details made no sense and I hung up.
