35Scammer, charade bank tryng to swindle you. That's why "Chris' is trying so to make you believe it's legit. Variable 2419 ending numbers
Calls everyday. Is NOT Chase, but a scam number. Don't answer.
They call me several times a day, claim to be from Chase, calling about my late payment. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling and I will pay online when I can. They still call several times a day. Now I've blocked their number.
Literally calls me 5 times a day while I'm at work reminding me of my bill. Calling me 4000 times isn't magically going to give me the money to pay my bill. Stfu!!
Received 2 calls today and didn’t answer. Called Chase directly and they said they don’t recognize the number and accounts are all good. No late payments. The caller didn’t leave VM. Blocked them.
Caller ID populates as "JPMorgan Chase" - they called on a holiday when banks aren't open, I don't have a credit card with them, AND when I called back and finally got through to a person (their callback 'seems' legit, but it's not), as soon as I called her out on the spam, she asked for my name, and when I said "no - put me on your do not call list. I know this is spam, you aren't scamming me out of my money today" she said "okay I will add you to the list" and hung up. Now, weirdly enough, my calls can't be completed as dialed when I try calling back lololol
they annoy me every single day
I called the number on the back of my card and chase assured me that I am in good standing and there is no fraudulent activity on my card. It is definitely a scam of some sort.
Called 5 times this morning starting at 8:07 am. They never leave a message.
Chase Credit Card fue reportado como Empresa de cobranza con el número 407732-2416
Call was legitimately from Chase about an Amazon Credit Card I just opened. But they called 4 times in the early AM without leaving message, which is why I flagged this as harassment calling. More than 1 call per 24 hours is excessive.
SCAM!!! This is NOT CHASE!! The number comes up on caller ID as “JP Morgan Chase” -phone number (407)-732-2415. Female says you are on a recorded line & says she is from CHASE. I called CHASE & this is not a call from them! This is a SCAM caller spoofing CHASE’s phone number!!
Calls pretending to be government, businesses, or family and friends received in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.
THE CALL IS NOT FROM CHASE...IT'S A SCAM!!! DO NOT PROVIDE THEM WITH ANY INFORMATION.
It's Chase bank. If you are late paying on your credit card they call. I asked why they didn't leave a message and in some states there are state laws that don't allow it and they can't leave account specific information on a voicemail for privacy reasons. Call them back and pay your bill. It's NOT a scam.
It's Jpmorgan chase bank. It's about your chase credit card. It's NOT A SCAM. It's legit. I forgot to make a payment and had an account manager call me as a reminder. I confirmed by calling the number on the back of my chase credit card.
It's Chase Credit Card calling. It's NOT a scam. It's legit. If you are unsure, call the number on the back of your card. Chase has different brands..United..Southwest..Disney..Amazon credit cards.
it is definitely a collection agency (it doesn't matter what credit card, because companies can hire collectors OR use their own creditor collectors)
they just want money
maybe a shit robot calling - very nasty number !!! Chase is not true - I have no credit card from chase :-)
maybe a shit robot calling - very nasty number
call call call one day late and its call call call
Multiple calls on cell phone, sometimes just 2 hours apart. I have not answered because the number is unfamiliar, and I have no connection to Sanford, FL. Caller never leaves a message.
This number has been calling 4 to 8 times a day. It just says Florida and I don't recognize the number so I haven't answered.
Asked for my social security number and credit card number, credit services never ask for that information over the phone
SCAMMER NOT chase. BLOCK this caller
I called Chase directly through their legitimate numbers and they had no record of anyone trying to contact me. I don't have a credit card or loan through Chase so I know it's not regarding a missed payment. When you can this number back, they claim to be Chase but immediately ask for your account and personal info. Be careful and don't provide them with any of it!!
Keeps calling me, sometimes twice a day, morning and evening. I've already been scammed once, so i haven't picked up on this number. started on Dec. 9
Father died w/balance due on Chase credit card. This # called today, caller id said Chase. Mother w/dementia & alzheimer's answered. Because he did owe Chase, at first I thought it might be legit. BUT THEN they asked for his/her mother's maiden name & the credit card #!! NO legit Bank or Collections Co would ever ask for that info over the phone. Further, we've never received a Demand or Collection letter from Chase. BY DEFINITION THE CALL WAS ILLEGAL, WHETHER IT WAS CHASE OR NOT. We will not be answering their calls, suggest that you don't either.
Number keeps calling my cell, but does not leave a message. After I saw the above comments - I am not going to answer.
Not sure who this is, they did not seem like chase and I was concerned.
Claims they are from Chase Bank but told them if so and since they would not divulge their nature of call, they need to contact via "Chase account msg" or send a letter.
NOT CHASE. They are a scam. If you have problems with chase call the number on the back of your card. Do NOT call this number or give them your information.
omg me too!
I defaulted on one of payments for my credit card with Chase and now I am receiving an abundance of calls. In case you are wondering.. it is Chase!
