Hi everyone, I wanted to update this thread in case anyone else is still checking in or has experienced something similar. After years of ongoing harassment, I was able to identify the man responsible. His name is Alonzo “AJ” Gonzalez, and he is based in Hobbs, New Mexico. His business is called Gazzaway Electric (yes, spelled that way), where he works as a licensed electrician. AJ Gonzalez has a violent criminal history. He is a registered sex offender in the state of New Mexico due to a rape conviction, and he also attempted to murder his ex-girlfriend by stabbing her. Despite his past, he continues to operate freely in the community. He began stalking me in February 2021, and over the course of years, I received disturbing phone calls, explicit messages, and repeated harassment. After connecting with others, I realized I was not the only one. Unfortunately, despite providing evidence to the Hobbs Police Department and Lea County Sheriff’s Office, no action has been taken against him. The justice system has failed to protect me and potentially others. If you have received inappropriate calls, texts, or any form of harassment—especially from an unknown number or a man claiming to be in construction or electric work—please reach out. Called me yesterday. Said he was buying a house in Topeka Kansas. Immediately asked to do a FaceTime. Didn't think much of it. Immediately realized I was going to see things I wouldn't be able to see when he could see me but I couldn't see him and he said give me a few minutes to adjust the angle of my camera. Immediately hung up. Reported to our other agents through our MLS Facebook page. He has tried calling several times. Blocked his number.

I received a call from a John Lopez (562-916-4887)this morning stating he found me on my brokers website. He stated he lived in California and is moving to Utah. I asked him if he had been preapproved by a lender and he said it will be a cash offer. He asked me to FaceTime, which I said no at that time. He then kept asking when we could FaceTime which I found very strange. I felt something was off. He then tried to call me back twice which I didn’t answer and decided to google his number instead! Thank God I did!!! I knew something was off!! Definitely reporting him to the police!

Got a call from this number. He told me that he is a cash buyer looking for a condo. I asked him more questions and he asked if we could facetime. I sat on facetime for a couple minutes with him but I became uncomfortable when he could see me but I couldn't see him and he just kept asking me to wait for him. All I heard was breathing. I ended up turning off my camera and he noted that I turned off my camera and asked me to turn it back on. I told him it didn't work and hung up on him as if I lost signal. He called me again 4 times. I answered and he asked me to FaceTime again. I told him it wasn't working and he ended up hanging up on me. I have since blocked his number. I'm ready to barf after reading this thread about what he does on facetime.

He is a creep. Called me and said his name is Sean and that he wanted to purchase a home. I asked him how he found me and he said REALTOR.com. I told him I wanted to discuss agency and his criteria and he asked to use What's App. I was in the office so I obliged. He said he was having trouble with his camera and when it finally came on, it was him pleasuring himself and breathing heavily. Disgusting human being. The police have been called.

Received the same call. He claimed to be John Lopez and found me on Realtor.com. He shared he was a first time home buyer wanting a 2bd/ 2bth townhome for 400k as a cash buyer. He wanted to FaceTime and we scheduled a call for today. Since then, I have blocked him and reported him to the police. He has called me several times trying to FaceTime from a No Caller ID number. I blocked his original number (562) 916-4887. He gave me an email address of [email protected]. He also attempted to FaceTime from [email protected].

What this guy is doing is sick!! We need to make reports to the police as well as report him to the state sexual predator of your state. They cannot ignore all the reports from everyone, he does the same thing over and over and he is so sure he won't get caught because we are not doing enough either to make sure he gets caught. I had the cops come To my house today and the nice police officer filled out the report and he said he will make sure it shows in their data, and the more people report him the better because different districts can start connecting the dots and hopefully find him.

I’m a Realtor. He called saying he is looking to purchase a $500k home in FT Lauderdale , Fl cash in the next 3 months. Said he found me on Realtor.com . Insisted that we FaceTime. When I FaceTimed him, he said his camera wasn’t working but continued to stay on . When I asked for his email to send him properties he hung up. He called me 5x after this . I have blocked him after seeing the previous accounts on this site. Beware!

He called me and said he was looking for a condo in Fort Lauderdale and found me on Realtor.com He asked me to facetime him. I thought it was weird but he said he wanted to have a meeting. I agreed and he was blurry and said he needed to fix his camera. I hung up because it felt weird and he facetimed me back so i told him to text me his info and I'd send him condos. I started hearing the slapping sounds and just hung up

I am a Realtor and received a call from this number, Mark Garcia. He said he is looking for a property for $500,000 and up and kept pushing to Facetime. I asked him why, and he said he would like to get to know me. Sounded suspicious, I told him I can not he asked if I have people around me and if I can Facetime him in 30 minutes, then dropped the call.

I’m also a realtor and this guy Mark Garcia called from 562-916-4887 saying he wants to buy a house and is a cash buyer for $800k said he found me on realtor.com. He wanted to FaceTime with me and when I asked him why he said he wanted to show me proof of funds. I told him to email me the proof no need to FaceTime. He was really creepy, didn’t really make much sense and was breathing heavy. I started asking lots of questions about property criteria and told him he needed to make an appointment and come to my office. He ended up hanging up on me. Definitely creepy.

I just got a call from a guy named “mark garcia” who said he is looking for a townhome in Boise. Something about it didn’t feel right. He then asked me if he could FaceTime and when I said I wasn’t available to FaceTime at the but could later he said when. Then said he would call back at that time. Something didn’t feel right so I googled the number. So glad I did! That’s how I found this thread. He called from 562-916-4887

Gentleman called to advise he’s moving to Florida from California. He immediately asked if I could FaceTime him. He was speaking really low and creepy. I was asking him specific questions and he kept providing vague answers. I decided to look up his number and I’m glad I found this page. Do not trust this caller.

FL Realtor here, he called me saying he wants to buy a property, complete lie just to talk to me. said he found me on social media, he talked really creepy and quiet, I knew something was up from the first word he said to me. he asked to FaceTime and he was breathing weird. im positive he had to of been pleasing himself! This man continuously calls me stating that he wants to purchase a home. He said he found me on social media. He speaks very vaguely while performing sexual acts. I can hear the disgusting sounds. He calls me at all hours of the day and evening. I blocked his number but he then began calling me from a restricted number. I stopped answering restricted calls all together. He is now calling me from a different number. This time around he was speaking to me in Spanish so he is bilingual. The new number that he is calling me from is (562) 916-4887. He has been harassing me for over 2 months now. Does anyone know how we can put a stop to him. This is completely unacceptable. I am at my wits end.

This guy started messing with me in February of 2021. Started to text me off of numbers that cant be traced and was asking for help with real estate but also other services(sex). I also started to receive calls from "NO Caller ID" numbers and when I would answer it sounded like breathing but then he would sound like he was jerking off. I made a police report because it was very sporadic when he would contact me. In July 2021 I got messages from a number I didn't recognize at first saying that they were my client and that they wanted to take it further with me. I told him not to text me anymore and that's when he told me it doesn't matter if i contact the police, he can lure me in with a showing to find me and rape me when he wanted. I again went the cops but since the number couldn't be traced they couldn't help me. He has contacted me off and on since then but I normally never answer the calls. He started calling me this month again after a very long time and at first NO Caller ID but since I wouldn't answer he started to call off of this number acting like he needed help. I think its the same guy who's been harassing me for a year a half. Made another police report because I have no idea where this guy lives.

This man called early morning, said he found me on IG and he needs a realtor. I asked if he was pre-approved. He said no, but the call started to get weird. He was breathing heavily. I told him I would have the lender reach out to him. I hung up, he called back about 3 times and called twice from a blocked number. I told him not to call again because he’s being weird. He didn’t call again. But he definitely needs to be found. I’m positive he was jerking off.

I literally thought I was the only one. I’m a Realtor in Houston Tx. & everyone’s story on how they began being harassed by this person calling from (562) 916-5402 matches my story down to the T !! . This weirdo! Has been harassing me for the last 2 months now ! Waking me up in early hours of the night, Back to back private calls. It gets so bad that I’m FORCED to go in Airplane mode smh I’m getting so tired of this guy ruining my sleep I just hope someone does something about this guy smh.

Same as the other comments, calls non stop, from blocked numbers too , heavy breathing guy, saying he wants to buy a house, but after a couple minutes you realize this guy is a weirdo, who targets female realtors all over the country. Something needs to be done with creeps like this. Being called a dozen times a day is not acceptable… it’s harassment. The calls come In early morning (maybe that’s when he’s is allowed to make calls from the psych ward )

This guy called my mother and also said he was looking to buy a house. When she asked what “city” he replied Texas. She asked if he had be pre approved for a lender and he said no. So she told him to call back when he had done so. Originally the guy just gave her weird vibes, but when he called back and went through the same exact conversation the next two times, and with a blocked number we realized this guy is definitely a creep. I was there for the third call and there is definitely something VERY wrong with this guy. I see a previous commenter said he found her information through ig. When my mother asked how he got her info this was the same response.

The caller was a man. The first time he called he used caller ID block and said he liked jerking off to me. The next two times he called he used this number to try to get me to talk to him about real estate. He is creepy and should be reported.
