I get 3 calls a day (for the last 3 months) from a "US Auto Care." They always say this is not a sales call, talk about my car insurance and then start asking if I own or rent my home. When I ask to be removed or talk to a manager they hang up. The number changes every time, but it always starts as (925) 212 - XXXX. Todays have been (925) 212-1241, (925) 212-1234 & (925) 212-3858.

This company repeatedly calls me at least 6 times a day from different phone numbers. Sometimes within a 30 minute span with a new representative after I have asked repeatedly to be deleted from their call list. This is harassment and I will sue. I want to be left alone. I do not want any of their services or products. It is against the law what they are doing. This has been going on for over a month and I am very frustrated with this. If I have asked this company to stop calling me repeatedly why do they keep doing it? I don't want anything to do with them. I just want to be left alone because I do not desire any of their services or products. Why is it so difficult for them to stop harassing me? I can be sitting in a business meeting at work and my phone starts ringing because of this company. They are spoofing cell phone numbers to appear as if they are in my local area. When you call the numbers back they are disconnected. If they are a legitimate business why are they calling from untraceable phone numbers. This is not a legitimate business. This is a scam. If they were a legitimate business they wouldn't have to harass people by calling 6 times a day from 6 different phone numbers with 6 different representatives with foreign accents. I am so tired of them that I don't know which way to turn. It's almost as if they take harassment as a joke. I did not provide my number to them and they have no right to continue to harass me. If they call me again I will call the police.

Calls route through a local number and an individual with an Indian accent calls repeatedly, despite me telling HIM repeatedly I am not interested and to take me off his list and to not call again. This is harassment and I've had it.

I get phone calls from different people that they represent us auto care. Every time it is a different number and from a different state. They may be one way to stop them and get rewarded with a lawsuit. Go along with them, just do not give any personal information. I am thinking they want to have a insurance agency to call back to try to sell auto insurance. Once the auto insurance calls back, demand them to give you the there provider who makes these harassment phone calls. If they do not give the info then you press charges against them. Once there is enough lawsuits made I feel that the insurance companies will see this is not feasible and will close down these telemarketers. And one other thing that can help. Do not work for telemarketing firms and if you know someone that does convince them to quit.

I think it's the same people that have been trying to run the "US Government Grants" and "IRS Impersonator" scams. They have a similar MO. They clone phone #s, they always have some guy with an American sounding name and a really thick accent. They always call around the same time. They have some of your info (Name, phone#, Address, email) and they want you to give them something. I tell these guys that I have 10 cars and I don't like to save money because I am independently wealthy... They usually hang up. I called the number back (281) 545 0428... There is an automated message that asks if you want to be placed on this number's do not call list.

I don't have caller ID on my landline, but I get continuous calls from a "US Auto Care" that have a man with an Indian accent. They haven't cursed me yet, but continue to call even though I ask to be removed from the list. I suspect they don't have a list, or at least don't keep track of who they call. I have asked to speak to a supervisor, someone comes on pretending to be a supervisor, but then nothing happens. One thing that bothers them is to just not say anything. After saying hello, or your name, three times, with increasing irritation in their voice, they hang up. That is faster than listening to their spiel and asking them to take me off the list.

I have the same issue. I get called by one number saying they were from us auto care (718)249-3352. I blocked this number after I told them not to contact me. Then they called me from (214)830-4859 also told same thing not to contact me. Blocked this number. Now I just got another call today from (404)964-4191.

I have been getting calls from this person/s for over 2 years. Nothing works. He keeps showing different numbers/names/unknown/ etc. I've told them no, hang up, stop calling. Today I told him I don't want his service, don't want his insurance, will call a lawyer and sue for harassment. I have a list of all the numbers I have blocked and there are many. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate any help to get this person stopped.

I've threatened for over a year to get a referee whistle for those bothersome phone calls I get from Auto Care. Today was the straw. I'm headed to Academy Sports! If I can "blast" several individuals who call from that call-center, maybe word will get around that my number is NOT one that should be called. They have called for over two years now and have started routing their calls through local numbers here in Tennessee. The past few weeks I've begun asking for the location of the corporate office but as usual they hang up as soon as you interfere with their memorized speech. I'm so fed up with this company, at least there will be some employees with busted eardrums from now on.

I get non stop calls they will not put u on a do not call list they flat out refuse they have threatened me and call all hours of the day. I did find one way to absolutely infuriate them though start reading from the bible or sing "christian hymn's" Jesus loves me seemed to be the best lol. Next call from them i am going to set the phone down by my computer speaker with the walking dead audio book playing hope this helps gives people some ideas on how to harrass them back since u can't really block them cause they use tons of different faked numbers and also hacked cell numbers of iinnocent people. Eventually after being nom stopped harassed they will stop calling.

This guy "Jerry" calls me like 5 times in a row. I say I want to talk to a supervisor he said no and then hangs up again and calls me back. In 2 days I have gotten 8 calls. I told him I am filing a lawsuit of harassment agains him and he continues to call me. His number states it's from Arizona. 602-892-9944. We should do a class action lawsuit. He is an Indian man. He is also an a-hole!

I used an online advertisement for an car insurance quote. Since then I have had repeated phone from at least six different number because I am blocking them one by one. I also called the business in Washington state but he is not the guy and he is frustrated to the max. Ever more than us.

My husband received a call yesterday on his cell from (916)945-9195 which is out of Sacremento, California. The caller said our insurance had gone down and my husband said he did not have insurance with US Auto and the caller abruptly hung up. This morning my husband received a second call and again told the caller that we do not have US Auto Care Insurance and the caller told him to have a nice day and GO-To-Hell. The caller had a foreign accent which my husband thought was of Middle Eastern decent. Evidently he was caught onto with the 678 area code so he applied for a different area code.

The same guy called me from a different # 602-892-8855 he said "Auto insurance down 35%, you are with state farm, allstate...(named a few more) i couldn't understand what he wanted until he said "which car you do drive, um the year and model and make" I OWN a reputable insurance agency so i tried to ask a few questions to see what he knew, NOTHING. I can tell you exactly what this guy does. He gets very little info, sells it directly to a lead generating company as a "hot" lead and that company sells the info to companies like mine. This guy gives my industry a BAD name. Let's shut him down!! When you call him back it just says "this # is unallocated"

Indian guy calls with a different name each time. Hangs up when I say to take me off the list. Said "fuck you" this time when I said stop calling. I work for a telemarketing company and know the rules on this. This is highly illegal. Is anyone aware of a current lawsuit against this man? (I would say company but he clearly is a one man show) also has anyone found a solution to get this to stop?

I have a close friend who owns a successful & very trusted autobody/glass shop called "US Autocare" in WA state. He has been getting repeated calls from the "customers" of this scam company threatening to sue HIM for the harassing calls they keep getting from this high pressure advertiser. Apparently his business comes up when the angry recipients attempt to google "US Autocare" in order to complain about this advertiser. He has nothing whatsoever to do with this person or business.

This called and said he was from UPS but I had a bad connection and asked him to call back. Then the guy calls back and it sounded shifty so I asked him if he was with UPS and he said you have a secret gift card coming. i asked how he got my number. he started cursing and so i hung up. scary.
