A concise, standalone report cannot be reliably produced without up to date, source backed checks. Available public snippets suggest mixed signals and potential association with reputational data, but there is not a definitive, trustworthy attribution for this exact number across credible sources in the moment. 1. Ownership/type: The number corresponds to a toll free United States line (800 222 1442) in several listings, often labeled as a toll free consumer facing or medical related facade in user contributed directories. No single authoritative owner is clearly verifiable from current public records within this brief. 2. Online mentions: Public references include spam/scam report aggregators and caller id services showing it as a potentially dubious or harassing line in some user comments. Some pages suggest associations with healthcare providers or other entities, but claims are user generated and unverified. 3. Scam/abuse flags: Multiple entries on third party lookup sites mark similar numbers as potentially associated with harassment, telemarketing, or scams. However, classifications vary by report and source, and not all results are consistently corroborated. 4. Public exposure: The number appears in public facing directories and spam report databases, often as an 800 toll free variant. Some entries derive from user submissions or crowd sourced databases, indicating exposure but not a confirmed breach or leak. 5. Call back advisability: Given mixed signals and occasional scam markings, answering or returning calls is generally discouraged; if contact is needed, first verify through official channels or initiate contact via known, legitimate numbers rather than returning unknown toll free calls.

4Caller knew my name, address and date of medical visit. Said there were separate charges for services. I have excellent insurance and they had not billed them. So they wanted me to send all my insurance on an unsecured email to them. Then they say they will contact the service provider. That's what you're supposed to do!! And I had been given a cost for that service by the provider, in writing, BEFORE the service. This was 4 times that amount. Provider says they've never heard of them. The bill, the robocall all looked legit. But when I called them, the didn't know how to pronounce "Lincoln". 2nd major phone scam in 6 months. The first wanted $3000, this one only $800. Nope to both.
Robo-called using my name, claiming to be with Anesthesiology Associates California: D.C. (I had previously been getting mail from a similarly named scam company), and that I had a balance due. They left a contact number, 1 800-334-3932, and the call repeated.
Billing for medical professionals , Sent me 2 bills for Dr's involved in knee surgery in December. Not responsible for any of the charges as everything is paid through VA. Apparently they either ignored that on the payment they received from VA or they can't read simple English.
Medical & prescriptions received in California. Calling with recorded message (robocalls)
