Repeated calls from this number purporting to be Chase Fraud dept. Different story every time re: what the amount/retailer/location of the potential fraud came from. Could not tell me last four of the card number. Big red flag. Advice - hang up and call Chase yourself.

Got a call from a different number from South Dakota before this one. Same guy calling. Says he is calling from Chase offering 0% interest on my credit card. He began asking for my info (that Chase already has) but got nothing. He got upset with me and hung up. I reported it to Chase and they canceled my card as a precaution and are sending me a new one. Any charges will be treated as fraud and investigated. Gonna report it to FTC also. Don't fall for it.

Robocall! I pressed 1 immediately. When rep asked for my credit card expiry date, I said, that I have to get my credit card, put down the receiver and did nothing. Usually they wait 3-5 min for you to return, before they hang up. Hope more people waste the time of their operators that way, then this business model is at least more expensive for them.

Pressed 2 spoke to "Joe" Asked him which bank he was with he said he deals with all cards from all banks Capitol one, Chase, BOA, I said why i's your phone call spoofing Chase' #? Told him I'm reporting it to Chase & FTC, his response is unwritable, rude & would make his Mama so proud of him..NOT!! OBNOXIOUS TRASH!! DO NOT PICK UP THIS PHONE #

They call and say that they can give you a 0% interest rate. Then the guy asks for your card experation date and card number. Never once do they ask who they are speaking with. I made up some numbers. He then said this is not a good card I said to them do you think I would be dumb enough to give you that info. He then had the nerve to ask me why I was wasting his time.

CallerID showed Chase Credit Services however when pressed who they work for rep said “oh with all Major credit card companies like Capital One, Bank of America and Chase” Then claimed the company name is Credit Card Services (so why then Spoof Chase number??) Claims they are located in Florida. So I called Chase, customer service rep says they are fully aware of it and it has been going on for over a year now. Chase cannot do anything as that is their number on the web but is for inbound calls only and no way they can stop this scammer from spoofing their number. I hope law enforcement can catch these people as they have scammed thousand of people by now probably

Said they were Chase Bank. Called back the number, it asks you to “enter your credit card number” after entering enough bogus numbers in series I got to talk to a rep. Guy said that it’s not possible to get a legit call from this number as Chase Bank as it’s an “inbound number”, that if you’re getting a call from this number it’s a scam and to never them you’re info. As others have said, no bank will ever call and ask that, they have that info. They will only ask for information to help verify your identity (last 4 of the card, last 4 of social). Ever in doubt, hang up and dial the number on the card yourself rather than giving information to someone who has called you.

This number called repeatedly, everyday for over a week before I blocked the number. No message was left. I answered early on thinking it was a political election call, but there was no one on the line, so it was probably a robo-dialer.

Called on my land line and woke me at 7:25 am. Recording claiming this was their final call about my credit card and lowering my rates. Have had many of these. Always hang up. But this is the first before 9am. I really want to track down these people and tell them I am reporting them

Received call about lowering my interest rates on my credit cards. I was asked for the expiration date on my card, then asked for the card number. I'm not stupid and told the caller that I am not comfortable giving that information out. She said that this was to pull up the statements and lower my rate. I hung up and then received two more calls immediately after from an "UNKNOWN" number. SCAM!!!

Unless you are a Chase customer AND have reason to expect a call from them, IGNORE THIS CALL. It is a disguised number made to appear as if it's Chase, but it's really a SCAM. Just pick up and then immediately hang up without saying a word. If you let your voicemail pick up, you'll just get their obnoxious recorded scam message.

Second time getting a call from the same guy. First time I said I was 12 years old and do not have a credit card and he began talking about how sexy my voice was. This time I said I didn't have a credit card and he said he would give me $500 for oral sex. Apparently based out of Atlanta? I could hear people talking in the background. I mentioned being in school and he told me to meet him after at the office for the oral sex. Definitely a predator, or at least a bored pervert who isn't even good at following the script the company gives him.
