Credit card fraud department sent text stating charge of $1905 to ETT*CrystalCourtO- PRRENT was declined. I got the phone number associated with the charge and called it. It was a recording stating the company is a payment processor for rental properties. My guess is 1. someone got our card number and tried to charge their rent or 2. the whole thing is a well constructed scam.

Charged my card $612.96 and said they were "payment processors" for property companies (I never use this card for anything other than Apple Pay and online purchases). They said their office is in 201 E Ohio St, Chicago, IL 60611 but that is an empty apartment building. Phone number is from Provo Utah. Discovery immediately helped me dispute this charge.
