He llamado a asistencia en carretera y me han derivado a este número de teléfono. Tras 24 minutos haciendo preguntas sin sentido, manteniéndome en espera una y otra vez, amenazaban con que si colgaba la grúa no llegaría. Me han cobrado 35€ de llamada para obviamente no solucionar nada porque es una estafa. Luego he encontrado el número correcto y los de la aseguradora me han advertido de esta práctica y que ocurre muchísimo.

Hemos llamado a Génesis seguros y después de tres llamadas e infinitas preguntas, ni era Génesis ni gaitas. El número donde nos derivaron es el 807 45 61 24 y el número que salía en Google como Génesis era el 910 38 61 08, que según el propietario, es un número alquilado por Google. Nos han robado alrededor de 100 euros y horas tirados en carretera.
