Me dieron dicho número desde atención al cliente de Renfe, tras varias veces de retener la llamada y pedir nuestros datos, al final nos dimos cuenta de que no era normal, la llamada duró más de 10 minutos y tuvo un coste de más de 22€. Sirva de denuncia.

Se hacen pasar por asistencia AXA (grúa) de una compañía de seguros. te entretienen con preguntas para que pagues mas y te acaban diciendo que no les sales asegurado.

Buenos días. Llamé a este número para reclamar un pedido de DHL que me había llegado equivocado. Me tuvieron media hora al teléfono para hacer la reclamación. Me quejé varias veces pero me aseguraron que el número era gratuito. ESTAFA!!!!!!!!!!!! ES DE PAGO Y CARO!!!!!!!!!!!

Hola, este número es CARÍSIMO!! me ha ocurrido lo mismo pero me lo dieron como teléfono de atención al cliente de SEUR. Me temo que es un call center que han contratado varias empresas de transporte y que ES COMPLETAMENTE INÚTIL porque no consiguen acceder a los datos de seguimiento.
