I just got off the phone with a manager from Barclays to talk about my account, but I also told him I got calls every day from this number and they hung up on me every single time, both on my work number and cell. There's a mix-up in their system I'm trying to fix, but it's legit Barclays. He doesn't know why it's happening and is looking into it. I told him the number is showing up on spam call sites.

I received a couple of calls from them which my call blocker caught, but I made the mistake of calling back to see who it was as I thought it was for something else. Now, they call 4-5 times a day. No voicemail, but still extremely aggravating just to have some scammer try over and over several times a day.

Barclay's Credit card. I answered once...They were calling about a missed payment. I did not have a missed payment....verified this by calling my card company directly. Now they (this phone #) call every hour on the hour from about 10am until 6pm daily. Never leave a message.

866-408-4070 Total scam, they would call several times a day and never leave a message and nothing on caller ID. I finally answered and said I didn't believe they were legit when they claimed to be from Barclay. I called the number on my bill and they said they had no record of calling me. Total Scam, asking for Social Security Number.

They claim to represent Barclays and that you've missed a payment. I did not miss a payment and told them so and they quickly hung up. They have a very thick Indian accent and it's an obvious robo-dial operation. When I called Barclay to inquire about this number and my account, they said they had no knowledge of this number and that my account is in good standing. Anybody stating otherwise in this forum is either a part of this scam or unaware that they've been scammed.

They called 8:15am in the morning, on the Saturday morning of the four day Thanksgiving weekend, waking up everyone in the home. They did not have the courtesy to leave a message.

Called me at 820 am. Would not tell me who they were. All he said after a 20 second delay with me saying 'hello' many times, was "Its about a banking matter." I ask him whom it was concerning...another hesitation. Gave generic name for me & dad, no middle initial. POOR business practice or a scam.

This is a legitimate number. They call 5 times a day because they want to reach you. They have called me over a few days at 8am, 10am, noon, 3pm, 5pm, and 8pm. I have a caller ID app on my phone that was reporting the number as suspect so I wasn't answering it. When I did, I found out it was the collections department of Barclays (Barclaycard credit card). I missed a payment last month and they were trying to collect to get my account current. They waived the penalty with a payment. Just answer the phone. They told me who they were and didn't ask me for my personal info but verified that they had the right person, told me what they had on file for me, my delinquent credit card info, ect. So if you get someone asking you for your social security number right away, that's suspicious for sure. That didn't happen on my call. Person was very professional and polite. I can't believe I'm writing this, but it was one of the few times I can remember thinking that, and wasn't frustrated by the person on the other end of the line. That's pretty much what motivated me to write this message. For whats it worth....

I have found on the internet that it is the juniper credit card. As you yourself just like with me and I will listen to get "Thank You have turned our support" I did not know who that is. I do not know what these calls are. The call me and thank me for my call? I do not know if this is legal and if a recall would achieve something.
