A concise, standalone report based on available public records suggests this toll free number (877 216 4046) is frequently flagged as a telemarketing or scripted call line with multiple user reports describing unwanted calls and perceived harassment. Several user posted profiles indicate robocall activity and negative experiences, though verifiable, up to date confirmations vary by source. 1. Ownership/type: The number is a toll free 877 line, commonly used by businesses for telemarketing or customer outreach rather than a mobile line; multiple listings identify it as a telemarketing/unknown caller rather than a specific consumer account or premium rate service. This aligns with typical toll free business numbers used in outbound campaigns. 2. Online commentary: Reports on spam/robocall sites and forums consistently label the line as a telemarketing or nuisance caller, with user anecdotes of repeated calls and uncertain caller intent. Some entries reference generic or unclear caller names, reflecting common telemarketing profiles. 3. Association with scams: The number appears in spam/telemarketing contexts and is described as a nuisance rather than a confirmed scam, though several users report persistent, unwanted calls; this pattern warrants caution but does not confirm a direct fraud scheme. 4. Public exposure/leakage: The number surfaces in public facing call databases and user generated scam/telemarketing logs, indicating exposure in public records of complaint and rating platforms. This suggests it is publicly observable in such directories. 5. Advisability of answering: Given repeated unsolicited calls and negative reports, answering or returning calls is not advisable; let unknown calls from toll free numbers pass or use caller ID screening.

getting several calls a day from them. They say nothing then hang up. Blocked them.
Legit or not, they are all too eager to sell their vacation packages to Southern Baja California. I called back - several different males - not men, because real men and women don't telemarket - working the phones. At least three of them are named "Joe Simon."
total scam
I don't give this number out to very many people and I'm on the Do Not Call list. These folks are obviously up to no good.
I continue to get calls as well for a special past customer rate. Last year however, I did take him up on the 4 night 5 day vacation to Cabo for $299 total which was all inclusive and included shuttle from airport Villa del Palmar. If you're OK with sitting through a 3+ hour presentation (not really 90 min) then it's definitely a good deal. They aren't a scam, just kind of persistent and annoying...
calls almost everyday sometimes two to four times a day never says anything, I can hear noise in the background. I am tired of the calls.
The left a 53 second message sounded like the did a butt dial type of call heard two of them talking on background having a great old time, laughing it up.
Harassing telemarketers. Extremely rude. Going to report to the FCC.
try to sell me a vacation, that I tell her I already ask for "do not call back", she just hand up on me. do any one know how to stop the company from keep calling me back??? BBB is use less.
Have rec'd several calls from this no. The first time, I answered. I don't remember all details, but when I stated that my no. is on the "Do Not Call" list, the male caller stated that he was in Mexico; therefore, the "Do-Not-Call" does not apply. He was very insistent when I told him I wasn't interested in whatever he was "selling" & to not call again. Still he kept talking, so I simply hung up. Have rec'd more calls from the no. since then, tho haven't answered them.
Did not answer, after hours call, no message left.
This # was made to my cousin...Said it was the IRS & they were suing him...He hung up because the message had been recorded...
This 877 number that has been calling me the last 3 days (even tho I have paid all my bills I think) finally called and I answered and this guy was like "Eddie? Eddie Garcia" "Um nobody named Eddie lives here" "Isn't this (insert my number" "Ur saying my cell number but I don't know an Eddie and I have had this number for 7 years" "Where is Eddie? Put him on the phone bro! You got him tied up somewhere?" "No. Please stop calling. Bye"
Did not pick up this call but it was a call at 10:15pm which is way too late in my opinion for anyone trustworthy to be calling.
Received call at (:56 PM from Carmen, she said I won a 5 day, 4 night trip to cancun villas. I needed to take 90 minute tour. I would have to pay $299 per person or $598 for two people.for transportation and taxes. I told her I was on national do not call list and to remove my phone number from their list.
fernando called from today getaway. we are on the do not call list, and I told him so and asked to be taken off the list. I reported the number to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

These guys just don't get it I have repeatedly told them to not call as well as asked to have my number removed only to receive another call in a few days about taking a vacation in Mexico - a real pain in my a**
Had experience with this so called vacation company. Complete and total scam!
I do not know where the caller get my number from. They don´t want to tell me that. I ask them to remove my number from the callerlist. That is why I hung up.
