Threatened I needed to call back and submit something to local county processor or I’d be forfeiting my rights. I don’t have debt, I know it’s a scam - how is this legal? These people should be thrown in jail for trying to scam people out of their hard earned money!

The 18773112348 number, Michelle Lewis, claims to be a debt collection company calling for someone named Maria Pagan. Various numbers, mostly from Champion Stategy Holdings, have been calling for her. I've had the same phone number since 2009/2010, so this is clearly spam/scam. Woman was argumentative on the phone and the man just hung up.

Just received a call from this company claiming that I owed a debt from 2016. The woman on the call was very rude and aggressive, and basically tried to gaslight me whenever I attempted to ask questions about what the debt was in regards to. Kept beating around the bush while accusing me of not paying my debts and informed me that I would be summoned to court, and that my current employer would be notified. I asked how it was possible, that a 7 year old debt was not on my credit report and was given a BS answer. The crazy thing is that they had the last 4 digits of my social, phone numbers from previous addresses, etc. I knew out the gate that it was probably a scam but needed to research first. These people should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Here is the voice mail they left me: Tried to put the transcript of the call and the bot won't let me, "Says my name is Barron David in the interstate claims division of CHS Mediation. Says there is a claim with allegations against me, mentions court. Gives me a claim number. Didn't even have my name even close to right. LOL This not the first time I have gotten this call on my voice mail. They are also using 855-806-6648 and 855-918-4619

I received the same type of call. The lady was Michelle Williams that left the message but would not give me her name when spoken o the phone. She said court proceedings were filed for a suit for a debt at an e-mail address and a bank I have never been apart of. When I began asking questions she got highly irate and wouldn't let me speak. She was very rude and over talked everything I was trying to say to get to the bottom of this. She also said I would not be served court documents at my home but at the place of business. his was a very unusual phone call. I am relieved to see that this is probably a scam because this was very concerning. If anyone has had any further problems from this lady and company please share what happened next if anything. She outright called me a liar that I just didn't want to pay for the debt. I never had the debt to begin with. This was crazy.

Received a call from "Michelle Lewis. " Sounded a bit aggressive. I called the number back. I was asked for the number that was called. The lady who answered the phone number 8773112348(left on the message) sounded very similar to "Michelle". She said the call was for "Mariah". I told her I don't know anyone by that name. This person couldn't get me off the phone fast enough.

This person named "Michele Lewis" left message on 11/08/2021 on voice mail to call her back from Champion Strategy Holdings. She called about a file forwarded to their company and made voice mail threats about legal action on the phone to me. (Called ID showed call was from 541 777-8714) Message was generic did not say who message was for, or what county or even state this would be reported to by them.

Person called from a local number stating that they were a mediator for a debt collection. Message said court proceedings have been filed against me and that I should call 1-877-311-2348 to resolve this matter.

A company calling itself CHS Mediation called, claiming I had taken out a loan in 2014 (7 years ago!!) from a company I have never heard of. Watch out for these guys. They had information re: a person I know, and a friend's address. Also, last 4 numbers of my SS#. The company name given was CHS but if you Google that name you find Champion something. Threatened that the sheriff would be out to see me soon.
