A concise assessment indicates the number +1 877 404 2300 (USA) is reported in multiple online sources as a nuisance or potential spam/robocall, with various user entries labeling it as harassment or scam related. Public postings suggest caution when answering; there is no verified, trustworthy attribution to a legitimate business at this exact line. 1. Ownership or type: A toll free US number commonly appears in call tracking databases as a generic toll free line associated with unsolicited calls; multiple reports flag it as a robocall or harassment type number, rather than clearly identifiable a specific business or institution. The available mentions point to caller id listings as “Spam Call” or “Harassment calls” in user contributed databases, not definitive corporate ownership. 2. Online discussions: User reports and forum style entries describe repeated calls or warnings about the number, with discussions on scam/spam communities and call blocking services noting it as suspicious or unwelcome. 3. Association with scams or unwanted calls: The majority of documented entries classify the number as spam like or harassing, with robocall indicators and negative user experiences, suggesting a high likelihood of unwanted calls. 4. Public exposure or leakage: The number appears in public spam report databases and caller ID communities, indicating it is publicly exposed in data sharing platforms; some sites encourage users to rate or flag the number for others. 5. Advisability of answering: Given multiple warnings and robocall indicators, answering or returning calls from this number is not advisable; let unknown toll free numbers from similar profiles go to voicemail or block them. Note: If no verifiable, authoritative attribution could be found for this exact number, that limitation is acknowledged; the assessment reflects the weight of user generated and spam tracking data currently available.

Call claiming to collect for urgent care clinic, regarding a service over a year ago. The urgent care clinic (carestation) have a portal where it shows the bills, and such bill wasnt there. I am calling care station directly to confirm if this was a spam call. As somebody else wrote before, it htis wasnt a scam, at the very least, the company is very poorly managed if they dont send a bill and try to collect a year and 4 months past the alleged visit.
Scam call claiming to collect for urgent care clinic I haven’t been to for over a year and a half and for which all bills were paid. If this wasn’t a scam, at the very least, the company is very poorly managed if they don’t send a bill and try to collect a year and 9 months past the last visit (which I still maintain was already paid.)
Debt collection from urgent care visit we owed.
Called and emailed about unpaid urgent care charges that don't exist. Scam.
Call me claiming to be billing from an urgent care I visited over a year ago. I plaid if full over a year ago and still have receipt as proof. They call about every few months.
Badly accented person claiming to be for billing company of urgent care. Number does not match. Claimed I owed for a visit. False- I haven’t been to urgent care in over a year AND it was paid in full! This is a scam call. There should be a category for SCAM calls. Do not answer. Do not call them. Call your company directly.

Scam for unpaid health insurance claims. They had access to some information that makes me suspect they retrieved it from a data leak, nonetheless don’t pick up :)
