They keep calling my number every hour, and they leave recorded messages, asking me to access www.payments.citi.com/cityclientfirst.asps or call 1-877-587-5727 to review my account status. This morning I called this number, and they confirmed this to be Citibank. When I asked why I was receiving these harassing calls, they hung up on me. Scam.

Don't ever answer this number, what a SCAM it is. These people should be thrown in jail and the key thrown away. They have called about 15 times in the past. They must think we are all idiots for giving out card and ss numbers. The should be put in jail like I said....

This is Citi - I have cards from BestBuy and Goodyear and Citi handles both. If I am delinquent on a payment, they call from this number.

Calls begin just after 8 am and continue throughout day. Based on feedback on this #, we don't answer because I'm sure it would get worse if we did. Reporting # to FCC.

Called twice - left message. Said it wasn't a sales call. Call back # 866 609-8298. They called my Cell phone which is rarely used. I'm going to trace out the above CB # and see who it is, but I won't call them. I have no account with Citibank.

This is a scam. They call me non stop. I called citi to see if I had issues and everything was fine. Do NOT give any info. Blocked but still have to deal with blocked call notifications.

Have been calling many times a day. unknown caller and leaves no message. once I picked up to listen, it started as a recording asking for my card number then woman came on sounding like the real deal but immediately said" your account card # please" This morning (Sunday) I answered but said nothing and waited. They hung up after about 20 seconds.

They call constantly, sometimes a dozen calls a day. I've never had any cards, etc. from citi. So, it has to be a scam. Fortunately I can use call blocking.

Debt Collector, Free offers, pre-approved credit card for you,etc etc from the Citi Bank people. They call you several times a day for days on end trying to get you on the phone to hear what they're promoting this week. Do yourself a favor and block the # or give it a special ring tone so you know not to answer it.

had 10 missed calls by this number. when i called back it said it said something about citybank and they needed my account number. so: im no customer and i dont have no id or account number!!!
