Jessica calls from all over the country, I've had calls from almost every state, but all wanting me to return a call before 5pm PT so they can "finalize" my loan, they just need more financial info, yeah like they're going to get that! There's no way possible to block the amount of call I get from this person, can we file harassment charges? Just $1 per call and i'd be rich!

As it turns out, I have just closed on a HELOC on my home to pay off credit cards and am awaiting the funds. Jessica called me on a recording asking to verify my income which is ludicrous since I just completed my closing. Ironically, this fake company is also located on the West Coast as is my lending team. I googled the phone number and here we are. DEFINITE SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I love how the recording ended when she started to leave a "loan reference number!" LOL!

got a call from 645-212-9530 (a Miami area code) which went to voicemail and started with a broken recording. Stated that Jessica needed more information to confirm a loan application and to call back at 877-867-5139 to go over the information. It's BS. I got this way before I ever started applying for any loans and many people have gotten it from different phone numbers. Don't answer. Just block it. Funny is it was identified as a verified number for a politcal call on T-Mobile.

Received 2 calls from this individual using a Colorado phone number referencing the 800 number shown to call back to discuss a loan application that I have no idea about. A credit check revealed no recent credit inquiries so this is a spam/phishing attempt. Blocked.

The call sounded legit and even referenced an application ID #. The call came from 502-824-0695, but the return number provided was 877-867-5139. ALL SCAM!

I received calls from several different area codes, leaving a message to call this number back. One day, I was called 5 times in 5 hours. Some robo, some called in person. Now I receive robo messages only. One claimed they are from Community Loan Advisors out of Ervine, CA, one from Valdosta, GA, offering a lower rate to consolidate debt. I have asked each person to take me off the list, yet they keep calling. Every person has an accent, so they may or may not even be calling from U.S.
