Is this offer a scam? Check it with AI
ProA job that pays too well, a bargain on a marketplace, a flat that needs a deposit before a viewing, an investment that can’t lose. Paste the offer or upload a screenshot and the AI tells you whether it looks like a scam, which known pattern it follows and what to do. Part of NoCall Pro: 2 AI checks every 24 hours and 20 a month.
How it works
- Copy the ad, the message or the conversation, or take a screenshot of it.
- Paste the text, add the screenshot, or both. Choose the kind of offer if you know it.
- Press “Check the offer”. Nothing is sent before that.
- Read the answer: the verdict, the pattern it follows, the warning signs and what to do.
What each answer means
- This looks like a scam
- It has clear signs of a scam. Don’t pay, don’t share codes or personal details, and don’t reply or call back.
- This looks suspicious
- It has some warning signs. Don’t do what it asks until you’ve confirmed it through official channels.
- No clear signs of a scam found
- The AI found nothing typical of a scam, but that isn’t a guarantee. Before you pay or share anything, verify it through official channels.
- The AI can’t tell from this
- There wasn’t enough readable content to judge. This check wasn’t counted, so you can try again with a clearer image or the full text.
What the AI looks for
- Paying first: a deposit, a fee, a course or the shipping before you get anything.
- Too good to be true: high pay for little work, prices far below the market, guaranteed returns.
- Pressure and secrecy: decide today, don’t tell anyone, other people are interested.
- Leaving the platform: a chat app, a private email or a payment outside the site’s own system.
- Requests for ID documents, bank details or codes before anything is agreed.
- Fake payment receipts, couriers or escrow services that the platform doesn’t use.

Where it works
Every NoCall edition. The AI answers in the language of the edition you’re using and tailors its advice to that edition’s country: its official channels and the scams that are common there.
When you press the button, what you add here is sent to NoCall’s AI provider, Anthropic, only to produce this answer. NoCall doesn’t store it: we only record when you used a check, to apply the usage limits.
Frequently asked questions
What kinds of offers can it check?
Job offers, things bought or sold on marketplaces, rentals, investments and crypto, and people you met online who end up asking for money. If yours doesn’t fit, choose “Something else” or leave it as “Not sure”.
Can I send a screenshot instead of the text?
Yes. Paste the text, add a screenshot, or both: one image per check. A screenshot of the whole conversation often shows more than the ad alone.
Is what I upload stored?
No. When you press the button, the text and the image are sent to NoCall’s AI provider, Anthropic, only to produce this answer, and NoCall doesn’t store them. Cover your personal and bank details before you take the screenshot.
Does “No clear signs of a scam found” mean the offer is genuine?
No. It means the AI found nothing typical of a scam in what you showed it. Before you pay, meet the seller or the landlord, pay through the platform’s own system and never send money to reserve something you haven’t seen.
How many checks can I do?
NoCall Pro includes 2 AI checks every 24 hours and 20 per calendar month, shared across all the AI tools (offers, screenshots, emails and letters). If the AI can’t analyse it or doesn’t answer, the check isn’t counted.
