“NON STOP CALLS!! How can we not have any recourse against this kind of aggressive spam calls and marketing!? These guys keep harassing me over and over on a daily basis and I have no way to block this on my Telkom landline. I use my landline for business but my sanity is at it's end! I'm porting my number over to a voip provider just so I can block this number. When I get fibre from another company I'm cancelling ALL MY TELKOM SERVICES FOREVER!!!”

“The caller says she is from Telkom Fibre. Heavy marketing of a Fibre connection. Surely they know I cancelled Fibre after a supposed 2 month fee trial.It took 4 months to escape after paying over R500-00/month for a phone connection call charges and no data. Whenever there was a power outage the phone was dead. Eventually I applied online and not a shop for a Fixed Line LookAlike (FLLA). It was delivered within 3 days and had my original home number. It connects like a cellphone and has a battery back up. It costs less than R150/m including calls. I do have the after hours and weekender Plan. I thank Telkom for granting me credit in excess of R1000-00 for use on my current setup. By the way the FLLA is not contract but simply a month to month deal.”
