Missed call from this number. Googled the number - very suspect. Paymyfine? Checked myself on outstanding fines via authentic website/s. No fines. Suspect it is a scam to obtain personal information, etc. One is NEVER called or contacted to remind you to pay your fines.
White lady no answer. Checked for fines and I don't have anything pending
Multiple missed calls. Shows as suspected scam on caller ID.
When you call them - NO ANSWER. The website also doesnt work.

Constantly get missed calls from this number.... never have time to answer it.
Scam. I looked them up on HelloPeter. Do not use them. Multiple reports of scam behaviour. They apparently take your fine money but never pass it on to government and then never refund you.
Its from Pay My Fine. A recorded notification about a traffic fine. But no details given. And if you try call back or call offices no one ever answers. Website doesnt work either.
