I've been struggling to get them to stop calling our office for well over 5 years. They don't take "no" for an answer and just call back the following week, always promising a significant rise in new clients/sales when you use THEIR services. Understanding the needs of your client makes more sense than telling them they don't understand their own industry. Thanks for telling me how ignorant you are without saying it directly.

She called, asked for IT Manager. I told her she could speak to me. She asked my position in the company, I asked who was calling and the reason, said she cant give me a reason because she needs to know my position in the company. I kept quiet. She hung up and called again, we repeated the conversation and she hung up again.

Jasper Computers phoned me 3 times already today. They say they cannot remove my number from their system.

Jasper Consulting have phoned numerous times, despite me telling them that we are not interested in their web services. The last time I made it clear that I did not want any further calls from them and that they are to remove our number from their database. At the same time, I blocked their number. I see that there have been attempted calls from them which were blocked. They are now in breach of the new POPIA in SA.
