Sylvia Maone says she works in Home Loans Prevention Division and works remotely so cant call her back. Wanted to confirm my address and DOB before checking my details. Very odd call and have no idea what it was about but she mentioned to educate me on my home loan and confirm debit order dates etc.

Sometimes it’s a rude Nedbank consultant (thinking a telemarketer not working for them) other times they call and hang up as soon as I answer. Super annoying and rude or just dumb consultants, really unprofessional if this is a real business
