Call upwards of 10 times a day, for a debt that the previous holder of my number had. I have had this number for over 5 years. These fools started calling me about 3 months ago and have not stopped, even after speaking to them and provinding proof. They are not really trying to collect debt but scare people into 'acknowleding debt' even if that debt was not incurred by their victum. "This debt, fictional that it is, has prescribed"
