Claimed to be from telkom asking us about our wifi bundles and whether or not the bundles are enough. He further said there was a promotion and we could get 10gb anytime and 10gb night just for R99 instead of the 5gb we were receiving. After a few hours he called again and we blocked the number, im assuming he wanted out banking details.

These people have been calling me non-stop. My caller identity recognizes them as spam. Strangely they know I have just the car. They have been sent by the financial institution I bought my car with. They are trying to ensure that should I die the debt will be paid off, and they starting asking you personal detail. When you are asking them what are they selling you they ignore the question. I find this totally unacceptable since I on no application gave permission for my cell or work number to be handed out for ANY marketing purposes.
