On 20/06/17 I received an SMS from 078 856 9497whichstated that I was to appear in the high court on 23/06/17 and gave me a website address to go to to view the case file. I of course didn't open it but sent them an SMS informing that I informed the SAPS.

SMS from 0788569497 to appear in High Court on 19/06/2017 from JK Attorneys with an attachment. haha JK=Joke!! No attorney could send you an sms to instruct you to be in High Court. Unless you have been served with a Summons personally or to an acceptable alternative; NO attorney can send you a court appearance instruction via SMS. So DONT open the attachment as it could be a virus. Rather report the sms as spam, and block the number.

Just got the same message from diff numbers but for the same court date. Whish these people would stop this. Get a job and stop sending these crap messages. How is it that if i want a cell number i must proof id and place i stay and these people can send these scam messages, without the network not able to trace them. All i can say do a full virus,mallware scan if you opened this link, if they want me in court phone me or deliver the docs to me in person.

We received an sms from 0739500620 also saying we have to appear in High Court 17/2. We are freaked out and don't know what to do because when I try and look up case 33 - there is nothing - it takes us no-where and GCF attorneys is overseas. What should we do??
