Word on the internet is that this is either a MiWay or Outsurance autodialer. It is trying to connect you to a call agent based on leads they have in their databases. Many times, however, there is nobody on the other end and it simply disconnects. If you have opted out of the national DMA (Direct Marketing Association of South Africa) database, the company responsible might be in violation of rules as both Outsurance and MiWay are members of DMA. This number has called me multiple times, and when you return the call it does not work. There is never an agent on the other end
