A preliminary scan indicates limited verifiable information about this exact number (+27116431000) from public sources, with some SA spam report datasets listing unknown callers and related numbers but no clear, authoritative ownership. Caution is advised when engaging; consider avoiding answering or returning calls until more reliable verification is found. 1. Ownership/Type: No definitive public record assigns this exact +27 11 6431000 number to a known entity; available results describe it as a South African number without clear carrier, institution, or company affiliation. The absence of a confirmed owner suggests it may be a general line or unverified listing. 2. Online chatter: Multiple SA spam report aggregators and forums show a pattern of unknown callers and warnings about similar numbers, but none consistently corroborate this exact sequence as a known scam or legitimate business. Reports are fragmentary and not specific to this exact number. 3. Association with abuse: No conclusive evidence ties this number to ongoing spam, fraud, phishing, or telemarketing campaigns; however, the lack of verification and presence in warning oriented discussions warrants skepticism. 4. Public exposure/leaks: There is no clear indication that this precise number is exposed in major leaked datasets, paste sites, or widely indexed public directories. Some generic SA number lookup pages exist, but none confirm this exact number as leaked. 5. Advisability of calling back: Given uncertain ownership and presence in unsolicited call discussions, it is prudent to avoid calling back until a reliable attribution is found. Do not share sensitive information if contacted by this number.

8I keep having this number call me at all different hours, whoever is calling is very persistent. When I do answer, there is no answer, only silence. SO I answer and place the mobile next to me and continue on with life merrily just to waste their money until they put down.

Justice also keeps calling me for bank details for a refund from Telkom, so I phoned Telkom office and there is no refund due. Maybe he should just put the money in my account and I wont refund him, whats he going to do, report me to the police???
I received a call from Justice Mvelase on The 04 July 2013. He told me that he is calling from Telkom and that he needs my banking details in order to refund me for invoices that were over charged. I received a cheque payment into my account for R32 400.65. He was only supposed to pay in R3 240.65. On the 05 July 2013 he called me to inform me that he had made an error. I have been keeping him hanging for the last few days. Spinning stories such as the Financial Manager is out of office, or we are closing for a long weekend. He is very persistent, because he keeps phoning back. During our last phone call yesterday, I asked him to send a letter to me, requesting a refund, and a cancelled cheques for proof of banking details, as well as a copy of his ID. Needless to say, I have not received anything from him yet. The only information that I managed to get from him are two land line numbers that no one ever answers 011 374 1020 & 011 643 1000, and a cell phone number which I have been able to reach him on 072 282 4099. I am expecting him to phone me again today, because he deposited the same amount of money into my account again yesterday. Maybe he thinks that he is going to get away with it with me, but little does he know, the bank is hot on his trail! Good luck Justice, you have messed with the wrong lady!!
