3A lady calls claiming she is from direct axis then asks me to confirm my details which I do and she says she has my old numbers from like 12 years ago, for a recent loan I took out, So I say if I took out a recent loan my updated details would be there. She then slams the phone down in my ear. Direct Axis needs to look into this and clear their name because this is clearly a scam!!! They have just picked up details from a system and say they are from collections department. Its a SCAM
