I have asked this company to get me a manager. They have called me at least twice a week to ask about the same thing I am truly fed up. I do not understand why they cannot just remove my number from this list, they do not even read the comments so you end up explaining the same thing over and over and over again. What the hell?

Constantly call me. My phone tells me its spam. When I googled the number I see it is this company. Have no clue where they got my number from. I have a paid as you go cash cell phone. Block their number and they just phone from another number. This is harassment.

They do not stop. Even got my works Cell phone number, how, I have no Idea. About an Edgars account from 1995! Im like what the hell. Think I would have known if I owed on my account from 25 years back lol. They also use 011 012 9996 Plus this 0878250600/1/2/3/4/5/6 - I have blocked them all and have been free from calls until the 011 number tried to call this morning and hung up. Googled and guess who. WTH.

They keep on calling for money I do know I owe, but I can't afford to pay on monthly basis and I'm waiting for money to come in so that I can settle them in full. I just want to know, how many times are they going to hand me over? They have handed me over many moons ago now in May 2019 I have been handed over again?And I have already paid a lot of money, but it never finishes. Not to say that my husband paid his infull, his details was updated with new email addresses ect.,the lady also assured him that he will get his paid up letter within 21 working days, it's several months later and he still have not received a single document. I don't run away from my problems, my issue... They are quick to harass for money owed, but they cant help their clients when we phone and ask about documentation and the day you arrange to pay amount infull they swear/promise that you will receive everything infull. I apologize for my attitude when they call, but to me the behavior of some of the people are not acceptable.

In March 2017, I received an email from this company offering me a discounted settlement on an account, I paid the amount requested, sent them proof of payment and never heard from them until today once again demanding money for same account. I contacted them and was told I need to resubmit proof of payment. Luckily I use gmail as a storage facility for imp. Documents, I just email a copy to myself. I located the stored proof an re emailed to the email address given to me. That email address does not exisit and was rejected by the server, it now means I have to call them again at my expense to resolve an issue that is now their fault. Its annoying.

The caller wanted to know my DSTV details in relation to an outstanding amount I apparently owe. So I told the lady that she is the one who initiated the call so why is she asking me for my details if she already has them and I promptly hung up the call. I later called DSTV directly to figure out if I owed them any money and they confirmed that I do not owe anything as I terminated my account in December 2016. They also do not make calls irt debt collection as they simply cut your service should you not pay your account. Be careful
