My number shows as spam on NoCall

If a number is yours and NoCall shows it with reports or a high risk level, this page explains how that level is calculated and how to ask us to review your case.

How the risk level is calculated

  • The risk score runs from 0 to 100 and comes from a fixed formula: each approved report adds 5 points, and 30 more are added if our team has verified the number as confirmed spam. The result never exceeds 100.
  • Only approved reports count. Reports and comments stay pending until an administrator approves them; false or malicious reports are discarded before they affect a number's reputation.
  • When our AI has analysed a number with approved community signals, the danger level it detects acts as a floor for the score: a critical number never shows below 90, a high one below 70, a medium one below 45 and a low one below 20.
  • The score places each number in one of four levels: low (0–39), medium (40–59), high (60–79) and critical (80–100).
  • The AI analysis is indicative, generated automatically from community contributions, and is not an accusation against any particular company.

What you can do

  1. Open your number's page on NoCall and read the published reports and comments: its risk level is based on them.
  2. Send us a review request with the form below. Give the number, who you are and why you think the reports do not reflect how the line is really used, for example if the number was assigned to you recently or someone is using it without your permission.
  3. We will reply to the email address you give. Sending a request does not by itself remove reports or change the score.

Fill in the fields and press the button: your email app opens with a message to [email protected] already written. This page does not store or send anything; the message only leaves when you send it yourself.

If no email app opens, write to [email protected] with the same details.
