El español latino no entienden un carajo de español.no te resuelven nada primero me dan 2 números gratuitos 900 uno es att.cliente.otro solo se encargan si tu no tienes luz en tu domicilio.que no te pueden ayudar que llamen a 800760333.estoy pidiendo que me mandaron una carta para cambiarme el contador digital aeon .y verificarán porque teniendo una lavadora.2tv chicos.1nevera gaste yo cada 2 meses 45/por mes antes pagaba 40 a 60€ cada dos veces por lo que veo aeon no rebajan ni un 30% ni un 20%

Pues seguia pasando en 2015 y sigue pasando ahora, despues de mas de media hora te cogen el teléfono, llamo por una factura que de un mes a otro hay una diferencia de 750 euros, y me dice que la energía a subido, por toda la cara y que eso es lo que hay, atención al cliente nefasta

ESTAFA EN TODA REGLA. HE PASADO POR DOS COMPAÑÍAS DISTINTAS Y AMBAS ME HAN TRATADO Y COBRADO GENIAL. ENDESA NO ES SOLO LA MAS CARA DE TODAS SINO QUE EL SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE ES PÉSIMO. TARDAN MAS DE 30 MINUTOS EN ATENDERTE Y EN LLAMADA SI SE OFENDEN, AUNQUE NO TENGAN MOTIVOS PORQUE TÚ NO LES HAS FALTADO AL RESPETO, TE CUELGAN FRÍA E INDIFERENTEMENTE.

Es imposible contactar con ellos. Descuelgas dicen que la llamada "por mi seguridad" va a ser grabada y entonces cuelgan. ¡¡¡¡¡ Que pais.... así funciona todo !!!!!

es una estafa por parte de endesa. Intentas hacer su trabajo, es decir, darles la lectura de tu contador y cuando a pulsador todos los números que te piden hasta llegar a lo que quieres. Salta de nuevo la grabación y vuelta a empezar. y así todo el día, aproximadamente unas 25/30 llamadas, con su considerable pérdida de tiempo y no he conseguido comunicar. BOCHORNOSO
