Acaban de llamarme, la misma historia, saben la dirección y el nombre de mi cónyuge a quien le atribuyen la titularidad del contrato que yo sí tengo con Endesa pero está a mi nombre, les digo que localicen el contrato y me digan a nombre de quién está, contestan que para facilitarlos les dé el DNI a lo que evidentemente me niego, que si supuestamente me llaman de mi compañía ellos deberían saberlo todo y que no quiero cambio ninguno, se pone nervioso y le cuelgo.

A mi me llamaron ayer, eran Endesa, me ofrecían mejorar una tarifa de un contrato que no tengo, cuando les dije que no era titular de nada me dijeron mi dirección, y cuando les dije que como habían obtenido mis datos me colgaron. Les llamé varias veces pero se cuelga directamente. Huele a estafa.
