Llaman a la empresa diciendo que tenemos una incidencia abierta por el protocolo del acoso laboral y cuando pregunto de donde me llaman resulta que es una empresa de formación.... Acoso el que hacen ellos!!! eso sí es denunciable encima te llaman con mentiras para meter miedo

Dicen ser de la seguridad social, por la ley de protección de datos.Tienen todos los datos, pero me sorprendió que me pidiera nombre y apellidos de mis trabajadores y los dni, si es de la seg. Social debería tener esos datos y sobretodo pedirlos por telefono!!.

Se hace pasar por trabajadora de formación de ss ss y dice tener la empresa un saldo pendiente a bonificar dado a no tener en marcha el nuevo real decreto de la ley de protección de datos. Estafa total. Si te llaman de un sitio serio jamás se escuchará música de fondo.
