Vergonzoso Unicaja. A las oficinas sin cita previa no te dejan entrar y por teléfono atención al cliente te pone un 901 y cuando llega la factura de teléfono te ha cobrado 9€ por la llamada a pedir información. Habrá que irse a la competencia donde no te cobren por TODO.

Esto no deberia pasar no puede ser legal ademas pertenece a una entidad bancaria unicaja. Son unos ladrones y no se porque se lo consienten habria que montar otro numero y llamarles a ellos para que les cobren a ver que les parece Carlos valiente lopez
