Estafa de Cruz Roja con servicio de Teleasistencia, confirmado por ellos mismos, la maquina se autollama para supuestamente comprobar si funciona y las llamadas se facturan al usuario, tambien en mi caso con el numero 704100266 y su respuesta: es un fallo tecnico.

Es el botón de teleasistencia de Cruz Roja. Cada vez que llamas o te llaman te cobran. Lo peor es que empiezan cobrando llamadas verdaderas, pero si no te quejas empiezan a cobrar llamadas falsas y ahí es donde viene la estafa. A mí el mes pasado me han cobrado 49 llamadas (3 €), como no me he dado cuenta hasta el siguiente recibo en el último me ha cargado 6 € por 88 llamadas. Y la compañía telefónica se desentiende porque para ellos es tu número fijo el que hace las llamadas, se ve que ellos conectan con el aparato de teleasistencia y cuelgan antes de que suene, así unas tres veces al día. Una ONG de reconocido prestigio estafando a nuestros mayores, pero a dónde vamos a llegar?

Por si a alguien le ocurre lo mismo yo lo estoy tramitando. Según Jazztel tengo 15 llamadas al número 901510117 que por supuesto yo no he realizado. Me he enterado al preguntar sobre mi factura al pagar más de lo avitual. Estoy segura que hace tiempo que me lo están cobrando y no me he enterado, esto es un fraude con todas las letras.
