estafa, se hacen pasar por comercial del departamento de bajas de Iberdrola, para mejorar las condiciones. Una vez finalizada la llamada he llamado a mi propia oficina y no habian hecho nada, el numero de telefono ha desaparecido de las llamadas recibidas, y por suerte le habia hecho una captura, les llamo y no existe el numero de telefono.
Estafa. Han llamado a mi madre para cambiar el contrato de iberdrola, sabían todos sus datos. Le han mandado un sms para aceptar el contrato, pero menos mal que no lo ha hecho.
En la factura me aparece un SMS a este número sin haberlo hecho.
Se han presentado como Iberdrola para cambiar el contrato y era una chica con acento gallego me a liado de tal forma que como estaba trabajando he aceptado por sms el contrato pero no lo quiero
Se presentaron como Iberdrolay debo reconocer que me engañaron. Primero me llamaron al fijo y luego al móvil para la aceptación del nuevo contrato. Curiosamente coincidía su oferta con la oficial de Iberdrola y por ello no desconfié.Aún guardo el mensaje que me enviaron al móvil y gracias a eso sé el número de teléfono.
