Exactamente, yo llamé al 912001410 porque me apareció buscando por internet un teléfono de información de Renfe, pero quien me atendió me derivó al 11844 porque no tenía la información de unos cambios de horario por los que preguntaba.Llamé y por 5 minutos me cobraron 12 €. Y les colgué porque me pareció muy raro tanto entretenerme diciéndome que la persona encargada de ese tema estaba ocupada, pero que ya enseguida me atendía....Último detalle: los del 11844 eran personas con acento francés.A m

Exactamente lo mismo. Busco en internet teléfono de información de Renfe. Llamo al 912001410 y me dicen que no me pueden atender pero que me derivan la llamada a un compañero. Por la factura veo que al 11844. Por 6 minutos me han cobrado 16€. La Policía no puede hacer nada. Veremos que puedo hacer la Oficina del Consumidor, aunque doy por perdido el dinero y por hecho que estos números van a seguir existiendo y timando a la gente.Esto me ha pasado en concreto el 9 de septiembre.

Dicen ser RENFE, pero este ente no se hace responsable. Luego te reenvian al 11844, donde la factura sube exponencialmente.Apareciendo en internet ese numero 912001410 como de RENFE creo que esa empresa estatal debiera hacer algo para evitar este abuso
