Acaban de llamarme diciendo q son de naturgy, q me habían mandado carta con la factura de la luz de mayo para renovar contrato (q se hace automáticamente) y que como no contesté (yo había hablado con ellos) ahora me lo dejan más barato... Bla bla bla. Yo le dije que lo tenía más barato q lo q me decían y me dijo ya es q ésto es con iva, dame tu DNI para entrar en tu ficha, le dije q no me fiaba y le pasé el tfno a mi marido quien les preguntó si esas ofertas están en internet, le dijeron q sí y

Se han hecho pasar por Repsol asegurándome la persona al teléfono que había sido la encargada de actualizar mi contrato, con mis preguntas la empecé a poner en apuros y terminó colgándome, debe ser como la cuarta vez que me llaman son bastante estúpidos

Me han llamado para decirme que no se están aplicando descuentos en mi factura de la luz. Les he dicho que no lo sabía y ha empezado a hablarme gritando, así que he finalizado la llamada. No me ha dicho de que compañía me llamaba, pero sabía mi nombre y mi DNI.
