No son de Caja Rural, acabo de llamar a Caja Rural y han comprobado que ese número no pertenece a ninguna oficina. Te dicen de este nº que puedes tener algún cargo fraudulento en tu tarjeta.

ES CORRECTO EL NÚMERO. Me lo ha confirmado mi banco. Antes he escrito una reseña negativa pero después de hablar con el banco me han dicho que es un servicio externalizado de prevención de fraude para avisar a los clientes de posibles operaciones fraudulentas.

Me han llamado haciéndose pasar por mi banco y diciendo que van a cancelar la tarjeta por un posible fraude. Le digo que hablo con mi oficina, que con ellos no tengo nada que hablar y cuelgo.

Me acaban de llamar de este número, me han dicho a ver si era xxxx con mi nombre y apellido, que llamaban de Caja Rural del departamento de Ciberataques o algo así. Le he dicho que no podía atenderla en ese momento y me ha contestado que en cuanto pueda les llame a ese teléfono porque han detectado un uso fraudulento en mi tarjeta.He colgado.

Llaman diciendo que son de tu banca y que han bloqueado tu tarjeta por un uso fraudulento (compra del sitio NIC*FDC-CORRECTPAY) y que lo que hay que hacer es cambiar el número de la tarjeta.No sé que ocurre a continuación, ya que les he dicho que me ponía en contacto con mi oficina y han colgado.
