ES UNA ESTAFA. Dicen ser de Naturgy y que llaman porque no tienes activado un descuento en el SUMINISTRO de luz y gas que están haciendo a todos los clientes y necesitan tu consentimiento para activártelo. Tienen todos tus datos personales y de tus puntos de suministro. Si picas y contratas, resulta que cuando recibes el contrato lo que realmente has hecho es contratar SERVICIOS DE MANTENIMIENTO. A mí me pasó e inmediatamente hice uso del derecho de desistimiento. Desde entonces, me siguen llama

ES UNA ESTAFA. Te llaman diciendo que son de tu compañía energética (en mi caso, Naturgy) para ofrecerte descuentos en el suministro y tal. Mientes descaradamente, porque si picas y aceptas el supuesto descuento, lo que hacen es que contrates servicios de mantenimiento de luz y gas, así como algo llamado Servihogar. Llaman desde al menos 10 teléfonos diferentes, pero son siempre los mismos.

Desde entonces, me siguen llamando 2 o 3 veces por semana y ya les he bloqueado al menos 12 números de telefono que son de ellos mismos.

Me han llamado un montón de veces es una estafa ,una vez me cambiaron según ellos por qué el gobierno ha dicho que te tienes que cambiar a la tarifa regulada y luego pagaba mucho más . Está mañana me vuelven a llamar le digo que paso y lo que hicieron la última vez y el muy HDP me dice que soy un ignorante y me cuelga sin poder decirle lo que era el
