LLaman diciendo que pertenecen a Grupo Asesora (inchequeable) y dicen que según un informe de FUNDAE no se cumple con X normativa. Hemos llamado a FUNDAE para consultar y ellos nos han dicho que no envían información a ninguna empresa. La chica que nos llamó además se pisó sola porque ante nuestra negativa nos dijo que era inspectora, y luego al darse cuenta que habló de más se desdijo. Tratamos de volver a llamar para pedir el CIF de la empresa y realizar la pertinente denuncia como nos han ped

Una Señora o Señorita dice ser de seguridad social pregunta por responsable negocio que actúa de oficio sobre denuncia sobre la empresa en inspección de trabajo y que llama por teléfono para informar que procede porque alguna empresa vecino o algun organismo local avisa sobre incidencia .Le digo que me envíe notificación por cauce oficial y me contesta que no me pase de lista y me cuelga.

Llaman diciendo que són una empresa de Normativa oficial de la S.S. diciendo que saben que no tienes implantada X normativa y que tendrás problemas. Cuándo preguntas de qué empresa llaman te contestan que de Normativa oficial de la S.S. Obviamente, nada tienen que ver con la Seguridad Social.Sacan tus datos oficiales de internet, te amenazan diciendo que saben que no cumples las normativas aunque les digas lo contrario y son muy agresivos hablando.Huele a estafa

llaman preguntando por el gerente o persona que firme, y al preguntar dicen que estamos incumpliendo una normativa de Seguridad Social, cuando se le dice que ya lo tenemos visto me dice que es mentira que ella tiene un informe donde dice lo contrario. Es muy intimidadora y al resistir cuelga de mala manera.ademas me comenta que tiene informe de inspeccion de trabajo, es muy agresiva.
