La recomendacion es No responder a empresa de recobro y enviar email a la distribuidora dejando constancia de todo, incluso que envien pruebas tecnicas fecha y firma como recibido de notificaciones que deben por obligacion enviarte antes de enviarte a una empresa de recobro, y asesorarse bien antes de cualquier duda y no dar respuesta alguna via telefonica.
