No es un número de Tarragona a pesar del prefijo.Es de la compañía Cabot Financial es una empresa de recobros por encargo de una empresa deudora (Bancos, etc) . No hacer ni caso son "usureros". No contestar o bloquear el número o denunciar por acoso. No vale la pena negociar con terceros cuando se trata ya de deudas incobrables y nuestro acreedor ya ha cobrado de su seguro de impagos, olvidarse del tema. Las deudas prescriben con el tiempo.
