“I have received messages on my answerphone from this man saying he was from the Halifax Ban,and that I had supposedly made a complaint about something on my account, that he needed more details to sort it out. He also sent me text messages to get in touch, when I did not respond. I have not made a complaint, I always go to my local Halifax Bank if I need to talk about anything. These people should be stopped. I am a pensioner, and I feel that some pensioners may panic and respond to this scam.”
