“Very aggressive man trying to get me to change back to Sky. I kept telling him I did not want to but he got very rude in his attitude. Told him I would cut the call if he did not accept my word and he kept telling me rudely he was only doing his job still in a very aggressive manner and would not shut up so I cut him off.
