“Android reportó o2 scam con el número 020-39178018 como Acoso telefónico”

“Having recently written to VM to cancel my contract, I've had a few calls from this number. I was finally able to answer the call this afternoon. It's a legitimate VM customer service number. The lady on the phone took me through my account security to confirm I was the account holder and then discussed my account and my reasons for leaving. Nothing scam related, though I appreciate that scammers do often spoof legitimate businesses' telephone numbers. In my case, all above board - genuine call from VM regarding my contract.”

“Seems to be retention team trying to offer better deals when a cancellation has been put in place. The fact that you have to go through all this effort in the first place to cancel is shocking, especially when they only offer you a decent deal when leaving.”
