Seems legit and fails the dob challenge so makes me think they have my data but what got me was once it failed they ask you to call back on 12345 which is not a phone number where I live :D I would say scam!
Left a partial automated professional sounding message - went to voicemail instantly, phone didn't even ring.
Automated message telling me I was overdrawn and requesting me to press 1 to make a payment etc. I am not overdrawn!
Avoid call, do not answer or reply. Impersonating/pretending to be Westpac Bank.
Automated caller - "this is an important call from Westpac..."
automated voice, called twice in one day.
Automated / recorded message saying "Hello this is an important message from Westpac, please press any key to continue..." So of course i press the end call key as this sounds to generic and phishing to really be a bank
