“Several posts in this thread share the theme of "they made a mistake and corrected it," which feels suspiciously like shilling. It's also curious that there are numerous blatantly promotional posts here. The fact that Straight Talk, TracFone, Verizon, and T-Mobile are all mentioned raises further red flags. This number could be spoofed or connected to a billing scam. I would advise exercising caution with any calls from this number, as it might be linked to fraudulent activity”

“Customer service was lacking after Safelink was acquired by Verizon Wireless. The callback number used when dialing 611 on a cell phone connects to an offshore centro de llamadas that provides subpar support for MVNO resellers like Straight Talk, Safelink, and Tracfone. The service quality fell short, especially considering that these resellers operate on just three major networks.”
