“Outsurance. Will NOT take no for an answer. Will NOT send you the "terms of the policy" BEFORE activating it. States that "their calls are recorded" and therefore "you are safe" in case of a claim but then WONT send you the "call recording" before opting in for the contract online. In what world do you live and how do you operate under a financial license? How can it be LEGAL to make someone agree to a contract BEFORE having all the fineprint in writing? When things go wrong, the "recordings" always "mysteriously gets lost" as have happened to me before. The recordings always are available when YOU are penalised, NOT when the insurance company is at fault.”
