A concise, factual assessment based on available public sources indicates this South African number +27 31 001 3060 has appeared in reports as a debt collection or harassment related line, with multiple user comments alleging threats and coercive payment requests. Caution is advised when considering contacting or answering calls from this number. 1. Ownership/type: The number appears to be a South African landline style format linked to debt collection or harassment activity in user reported discussions; specific corporate ownership is not clearly established in reliable, public records. The pattern across reports suggests an institutional or third party debt collection use rather than a standard consumer mobile line. 2. Online discussions: Several posts and comments describe calls or messages claiming legal action or debt obligations, with accounts of intimidation and pressure to pay a stated amount; some entries are anonymized or sourced from discussion forums and complaint type pages. The volume and content of these posts imply a recurring problem associated with this number. 3. Association with scams: The reported messages include threats of court action and personal data exposure, which align with scam or high pressure debt collection tactics. While not all reports independently verify criminal activity, the described behavior is consistent with scam like telemarketing or fraud patterns. 4. Public exposure/leaked status: The number has surfaced in public complaint oriented contexts (forums, scam report style pages) and is referenced in user generated warnings; there is at least some appearance in public facing directories or discussion platforms. Whether it is part of a breach dataset is not definitively established from available entries. 5. Advice on answering: Given the reported coercive and threatening behavior, it is prudent to avoid answering or returning calls from this number; if contact is unavoidable, do not disclose personal information and verify any debt claims through official company channels using independently sourced contact details.

Good day on the 8th of May 2017 I received a call from this number and spoke to an Indian lady offering me discounts on daily purchases. thereafter a monthly debit will be done which means I like the discounts.I was told that an email will be sent with the vouchers. after a month if I do not like the I have not received any vouchers on the 8th of May 2017. I have tried on numbers time to call the number 031 0013060 to inform them. To date I cannot get through. I am afraid that at the end of June my account will be debited, which I don't want to happen. How do I get through to cancel this debit order. please answer me urgently or I will go to Hello Peter.
Heavy Indian accent, quite possibly too heavy for any SA Indian. Have a website, part of the free (R500) holiday accommodation voucher deal is you must purchase 2 meals a day at the place you stay. 1 of the 2 places I googled is self-catering ONLY. Want to know your address to post to, who still uses the Post Office? After transferring me to his supervisor with the same heavy accent (that they try to disguise) I lost my cool because I told the first one I was at work and did not have another 8m to waste with the 2nd one.
This organisation has very aggressive telesales people who keep calling even after you have made it clear that you are not interested.
Very pushy salesperson. Carried on talking despite my saying three times that I am not interested in purchasing anything
I have received a call from this number 0310013060 and they offered me a voucher and they also send me an SMS with a membership number but I'm scared that it might be a scam and I already gave them my banking details. Please assist so I can stop this debit before month end. Thanks
