Es una empresa de encuestas, en principio subcontratada por el INE. Lo de la multa por no contestar, podéis informarlo directamente al Instituto Nacional de Estadística por si constituye un delito de usurpación, amenazas o coacción. No contestar una encuesta NUNCA ha sido delito por muy oficial que sea la encuesta
