Numbers reported as telemarketing in Spain

Telemarketing calls are unsolicited sales contacts from companies promoting products or services. Some are lawful, but many break the rules by calling people who never opted in, especially outside business hours or persistently.

Telemarketing covers the commercial calls that push electricity and gas tariffs, insurance, fibre or mobile plans. In Spain, the Telecommunications Act has banned unsolicited commercial calls without prior consent since 2023, so most of these campaigns are already irregular. They tend to land during working hours, come from several different numbers, and often hide the real operator behind subcontractors. If you get one, do not hand over any details, ask to be removed from their list and, if they persist, register the number with the Lista Robinson and report it here so other users are warned.
